The Problem
Free Will Baptist Family Ministries has been serving hurting children and families in East Tennessee since 1939. Foster care, group homes, substance abuse programs, assisted living, retreat services — a full spectrum of care rooted in faith and a genuine love for people.
But their digital presence didn't reflect any of that. Their website was outdated, hard to navigate, and didn't communicate the depth of what they do or invite people to get involved.
For an organization that depends on community support, donors, volunteers, and families seeking services — that matters.

What We Did
FWBFM now has a digital presence that matches the depth and quality of their ministry. Families can find them. Donors can give. Volunteers can learn how to get involved. And the story of what they've been doing since 1939 is finally being told the way it deserves.
Some projects are about leads and conversions. This one was about doing right by an organization that has spent decades doing right by others.
A warm, faith-forward design that communicates who FWBFM is, what they do, and how people can get involved. Clean navigation so families seeking services, potential donors, and volunteers can all find what they need quickly.
Built to connect FWBFM with the people in East Tennessee searching for the services they provide — foster care, residential programs, and more.
A social presence built to share the heart of the ministry. Content that tells the stories of what FWBFM does and gives the community a way to stay connected, get involved, and support the work.
